At Fly Trendz Clothing, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make the return process simple and clear. Please review the policy below before requesting a return or refund.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days after the order has been delivered. Requests submitted after the allowed timeframe may not qualify for return approval.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Include original packaging when applicable
  • Not show signs of damage caused after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

How to Start a Return

All returns must be requested by contacting our support team first. Please email us at support@flytrendzclothing.com with your order details before sending any item back. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Note: Return label collect is customer responsibility until they received any damaged or defective items.

Return Shipping

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, Fly Trendz Clothing will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns related to personal preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind, customers will be responsible for the return shipping expenses and shipping label arrangements.

Exchanges

We accept exchange requests for eligible products within the 30-day return period. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund request.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance products
  • Gift cards
  • Used, washed, or altered items
  • Products returned without approval

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can review and resolve it promptly. Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Shipments

If a package is lost during transit, we will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter. Once confirmed, we will offer either a replacement or refund based on product availability.

Undelivered or Refused Packages

Orders returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or refused delivery may be subject to reshipping charges. In some situations, refunds may exclude original shipping costs.

Delayed Refunds

If your refund has not appeared within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times can vary. If you still need assistance, please contact our support team.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return procedure after delivery.
