We currently ship orders within the United States only. At this time, international shipping services are not available.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) are typically processed on the same business day. Orders submitted after the cut-off time will begin processing on the following business day.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared and processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Saturday), excluding public holidays.

Shipping Transit Time

After dispatch, orders generally arrive within 5–8 business days (Monday through Saturday).

Estimated Total Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 6–11 business days, including both order processing and shipping transit time.

Shipping Fees

We proudly offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase amount is required.

Shipping Carriers

Fly Trendz Clothing works with reliable delivery providers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure dependable shipping service.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details so you can monitor your package status.

Missing Deliveries

If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your property, with neighbors, or contact the shipping carrier directly. If the package is still missing, please contact us at support@flytrendzclothing.com for assistance.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or refused deliveries may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost Packages

If your shipment is lost during transit, we will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Shipping Delays

Although we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

Address Changes

Customers must request shipping address updates before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout. Fly Trendz Clothing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Changes or cancellation requests must be submitted during the processing period of 1–2 business days. After an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
